The changing face of Molise.
As I spend more and more time exploring Molise's towns and villages my love for the region seems to grow.
There is so much to see, so much to discover. Sadly it is in decline, but that seems to be a part of its beauty.
During the past week, I have driven from villages where the tumbling sea rolls incessantly onto sandy, shell-strewn beaches to where Molise joins Isernia, the mountains towering with splendour over hamlets nestled amongst them.
A question always on my mind is what will happen if the current situation does not change.
I know I can do very little if anything to help, but I do want to tell the English speaking world about Molise, and at least some of its secrets. Enough perhaps to sustain its unique beauty and splendour
